WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS CAN I USE ON ORDERS?

We want the purchase of your items on Tutus Articles for Dance to be comfortable and fast. The accepted payment methods are as follows:

  • Credit card through Paypal circuit.
  • Bank transfer
  • Prepaid cards such as Postepay

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

  • For national shipping the cost is €6.00
  • For European shipments, costs start from €10.00 and vary based on the areas from which you purchase

WHEN IS SHIPPING FREE?

  • For sales to the public, shipping costs are free when the order reaches €40.00.
  • For sales to schools, theatres, companies, gyms etc., shipping costs are free when the order reaches €90.00.

WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF CHANGES AND/OR RETURNS?

You can dispute the purchase within 7 days. Send an e-mail with the notice of dispute and the relative motivation to info@letutudanza.it .
The products of the DL Dancewear brand are made at the time of the order: (to facilitate the purchase in each article there is a table with all the reference measurements).
Therefore, it will not be possible to return or exchange these items.
No cash refunds will be made: exchange of goods or shopping vouchers (full product value).

To change and/or return the goods, the customer will be required to:

  1. Don’t use the articles
  2. Keep the products and their packaging intact
  3. Do not peel off the tags
  4. Pay the shipping costs for the material to be returned and/or exchanged

NB All discounted and/or on offer products (outlet area), tights and dance underwear cannot be returned and/or replaced under any circumstances

HOW LONG DO I RECEIVE THE GOODS?

Our couriers BRT and GLS guarantee deliveries throughout Italy in 24H, 48H or at most 72H, depending on the areas from which the material is requested

Times may vary according to the products requested. They do not go beyond 15 working days: these particular products (such as costumes) have the necessary indications in the description.

For European or non-European shipments, delivery times vary.

NB Le Tutù will not be responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Our couriers, BRT and GLS , make deliveries from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 19.00 at the address indicated and subject to acceptance by the receiving customer. It will therefore not be possible:

  • Request delivery at specific times
  • Please provide the courier with alternative addresses
  • Leave parcels unattended.
    To facilitate the courier, specify in the order notes all the useful information to avoid mistakes in deliveries.
