The first step is to contact customer assistance by phone on 0817591676, with a whatsapp message on 3923869821 or by email at info@letutudanza.it and make a request.
You can dispute your purchase within 7 days but any return must first be approved.
Products must be returned in their original packaging. We do not refund products that are damaged due to insufficient packaging.
NB Please use an external protective box to prevent damage during transportation.
The products of the DL Dancewear brand are not available ready but are made at the time of order: Le Tutù has an internal tailoring department that allows the customer a wide choice of models, colors and sizes.
To make it easier to purchase these products, you will find a table with all the reference measurements in their data sheets.
Therefore, it will not be possible to return or replace these items. NB All discounted and/or on offer products (outlet area) cannot be returned or replaced.
Tights and dance underwear cannot be returned and/or replaced under any circumstances: these products are characterised by due specifications.
We do not make refunds in cash: exchange of goods or shopping vouchers (full product value).
In case of approval, the customer will have to pay the costs for the return and subsequently those for the new shipment (€6.00).
