We do not make refunds in cash: exchange of goods or shopping vouchers (full product value).
Products must be returned in their original packaging. We do not refund products that are damaged due to insufficient packaging.
Please use a protective outer box to prevent damage in transit.
Some products (DL Dancewear, Outlet, Tights) cannot be returned: for more information please consult the Shipping and Deliveries menu.
The return must first be approved.
